Village. The upper level, the Treetop House, is two bedroom , one bath and a full
kitchen with dining counter between the living room and kitchen. Sleeper
sofa and TV in the living room. Also a
veranda with table and chairs with partial sea view. The Garden
Apartment on the lower level, has an alcove bedroom, one bath, a full
kitchen and open dining/living area. Also a screened in veranda. Each bedroom has a double bed. The kitchens
are fully equipped. There is a bar-b-que grill in the yard for your use. The grocery store is is right next door, with other
stores and several restaurants less than a minute's walk. The beach is a two minute walk from the
house. Treetop House and Garden Apartment are comfortable vacation homes for
rent separately or together. Great value lodging for the budget traveler
and families...children welcome!.

TREETOP HOUSE: November to April:
US$400.00 per week plus 7% tax GARDEN APARTMENT: November to April: US$350.00 per week plus 7% tax May to October: US$300.00 per week plus tax. Rates up to 2 people per night US$10.00 per night for additional people. The Island House
Brand new spacious second floor 2 bedroom house located in The Secret Garden. Each bedroom has a double bed and ceiling fan. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house is fully tiled. The living room has a futon sleeper sofa. Grill, picnic table and swing set in the garden...children are welcome. Downstairs you will find a coffee house! RATES: US$550.00 per week plus 7% tax for up to 4 people. Additional person US$10.00 per night plus tax.

Blue Lagoon Apartments are furnished two bedroom apartments located on the lagoon with a beautiful sunset view. Located conveniently located across from Placencia Grocery Store and several Restaurants. It is a one minute walk to the beach.

The house is perched in the treetops on beachfront property, only 100 feet from the Caribbean. It has hardwood vaulted ceilings, tiled floors, ceiling fans, tiled bath (shower only), full kitchen, porch with hammock overlooking a tropical garden, use of 2 bikes, telephone, and security features. A small grocery store and restaurants are within 1.5 miles, a grocery truck stops at the driveway twice per week. Home-prepared meals can also be ordered for delivery.

It sleep 4 – 6 comfortably, open floor plan, roof top deck, great for families or a couple, full kitchen, outdoor and indoor shower, full beach view. Very comfortable, with lots of space. . Grocery, and several restaurants in walking distance. |
