Swedish Massage            
A massage technique designed to disperse physical tension from the body in a gentle way by loosening tight muscles and reducing stiffness, removing energy blockages within the body and increasing blood and lymph circulation.
Relaxation/Swedish massage uses five soft tissue manipulation techniques: effleurage (long, gliding strokes), petrissage (kneading strokes), friction (deep, circular rubbing), tapotement (tapping) and vibration (fine, rapid shaking movements). The aim of the massage is to bring the body back into a balanced and relaxed state.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue is a massage technique involving the use of slow, deep and intense massage strokes across the grain of the muscle to heal physical injuries, chronic tension and emotional stresses within the body. Deep tissue massage applies greater pressure than relaxation / Swedish massage to deeper layers of the muscle. It can be used to release trapped nerves and correct damaged muscle tissue, as well as to soften hard muscles which have caused joint restriction and structural misalignment.

Thai Massage
A massage technique that works on the body's energy lines with the practitioner using their hands, elbows, feet and knees and includes passive yoga poses and breathing. Thai massage practitioners move their client into various poses and massage specific points within the body (acupoints) to release blockages in the body's energy lines and stimulate the energy flow, increasing flexibility and releasing stress and tension.

Shiatsu
The word "shiatsu" means "finger pressure". This translation describes its main technique, which involves putting pressure on specific spots on an energy channel (called a meridian in Chinese medicine) to help improve the flow of energy through that channel.

Hot Stones Massage
Stone massage is a form of bodywork that involves the application of heated stones to the body during deep tissue massage.  This massage stimulates the circulatory system and promotes self-healing.  It softens, relaxes and helps to release toxins from the muscles.  It induces a state of deep relaxation that washes away stress and helps relieve pain and muscle spasms.  Creates a feeling of peacefulness and spiritual well-being.

Myofascial Release
Myofascial Release is a hands on therapy. Gently stretching and pressures create the internal environment that allows the fascia to soften and return to its normal size, shape, consistency, and function.

We are a honeycomb of facial tissue from the top of our heads to the soles of our feet. The fascia is the "stuff" that holds us together. The membrane under the skin of a chicken breast is a crude example of the fascia. The facial tissue holds and supports all of our organs and muscles.

Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese word meaning cosmic or universal lifeforce. Healing means restoring harmony to mind, body and spirit. By using gentle touch, the energy in your body will be balanced, thereby creating healing. It can help you:

All Natural Facial
This treatment includes a facial scrub and mask. While the mask is drying, tea bags are placed on the eyes. A hand massage and foot scrub/massage are done while the mask dries. Mask is then removed and followed by a facial and scalp massage.
